General Iconlist Editor C# - Preview

A very early version of my Icon List Editor (C#) based on Alex's icon list editor.

Icon Pack Management: Load, view, and edit DDS icon packs with text metadata
Icon Editing: Rename icons, add new icons, and modify pack structure
Multiple Export Formats: Save icons as PNG, BMP, or JPG files
Batch Operations: Split packs into individual files or combine files into packs

please know that there might be bugs especially when viewing the dds files so please let me know if there are any so I can fix them asap.

As i know when using alex icon editor, it have limitation using icon with a large multiple image, usually it appear at versiob 1.7.,x icon with a lot of icon that can cause dds file have more than 8mb size. And the icon editor can't load it.
